National Emergency Services Museum


The National Emergency Services Museum is the worlds largest joint 999 museum showing an insight into all of our Emergency Services through hands-on learning with history. With over 50 vehicles on site from manual and horse power to steam and motor and with 3 floors of exhibits to explore, discover and learn including real Victorian Police Cells (including smells!) there really is something for all the family!


As is standard here at NESM one free carer is admitted with one paying adult that requires assistance. NESM are offering FREE ENTRY to carers with a Carer Card. Please show your card to a member of staff when purchasing your ticket.


The Light Sheffield

Your new venue on The Moor, The Light Cinema aims to provide a unique entertainment experience, a friendly relaxed environment that offers excellent customer service and value for money.


Each Carer’s Card allows you to buy one discounted ticket, valid at the Sheffield Light cinema only.

£8.95 peak time (Fri evening until all day Sunday) and £7.95 off peak (Monday until Friday morning).  Please make sure you bring your Carer Card in order to access your discount.

The Carer’s Card can be used to buy a discounted ticket online, just bring your card with you to the cinema to prove you are eligible.

You can buy the Blue Light ticket type which is £7.95 off peak and £8.95 for peak time showings.

When you buy online you get an email with a QR code. This acts as your ticket and can be printed or used on a phone.
