This is an opportunity to meet other carers in an informal environment, alongside a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.  All carers are warmly encouraged to come, and you are also very welcome to bring the person you care for.  The event is supported by volunteers who are available to chat to you  – or to the person you care for, enabling you to talk to other carers.

The café meets at a city centre location – the Central United Reformed Church on Norfolk Street (except in August when the church is closed and another venue is used).  The venue is fully accessible.  It meets on the second Friday of each month 10am – 12 noon. For dates, please see our What’s On page

If you would like more information about the café, please call Jan on 0114 278 8942 or email: jan@sheffieldcarers.org.uk

For professionals – we often welcome professionals who wish to visit the Cares Café to consult with carers, to tell them about a service or just to see how they operate. If you would like to visit the Cafe, please contact jan@sheffieldcarers.org.uk to arrange a suitable date.
